A Visual Beginning
Kathryn Balinger is a Houston based trauma surgeon who recently tapped into her creative side.
Oftentimes, Balinger took the stress and emotions of work home with her. On a whim, she purchased a few rudimentary art supplies and began letting the stress flow out onto the canvas.
As a result, her work is a juxtaposition of the chaos of the trauma bay and the peace that this creative outlet brings her.
